After leaving school Jordan studied for his electrical qualifications with the UKs favourite independent electrical training provider and qualified with flying colours, as the highest achieving learner in his class. Whilst studying Jordan worked for a local Worthing electrical firm, until he decided to strike out on his own as a self-employed electrician, which he did until 2013, when he formed his current enterprise, ‘Limesphere Ltd’.
Jordan has a wide range of experience as an electrician and has honed his skills working in the industrial sector, undertaking projects on warehouses and factory installations, as well as servicing clients in the commercial sector where he has gained experience of larger commercial premises, completing complex electrical and IT systems. His experience allows him to design and manage complex electrical designs from inception to completion, a challenge that he enjoys very much.
Although Jordan is not a keen sportsman, he does enjoy a round of golf and tries to play as regularly as he can. His passion is food, both eating and preparing, so Jordan can often be found in the kitchen at home conjuring up new culinary delights to tempt the palates of friends and family alike.
Michelle commenced working life training as a dental nurse until her family moved away from their northern roots. Finding herself in beautiful Kent Michelle secured a role in HR with a national retailer, where she developed her admin talents and people skills. Wishing to learn more new skills Michelle moved to a more accounts focused role where she learned how to set up and operate accounting software.
Marriage and family life meant a break from employment, until she and her husband set up a company which provided design and installation of electrical systems for new shop installations of major high street retailers.
After a number of years running a business, in 2003 Michelle joined a large, but local independent firm of accounts, where she served as HR and Facilities Manager for a number of years. In search of a new challenge, in 2011, Michelle joined a national academy chain to become PA to the Principal, and Clerk to the Governors. Education was a sector Michelle had never experienced, but the ever changing scene of education standards and legislation, the complexity of Academy governance and not to mention the procession of new Principals at the academy provided every bit of the challenge Michelle wished for.
Finally, in 2013, an opportunity to once again take the helm of a business, Michelle jointly formed ‘Limesphere Ltd’, to provide electrical contracting expertise in the South East.
Michelle has gained much experience through her hands on approach to whatever role she has worked in. Not shying away from new challenges, Michelle has developed a range of skills, including a sound knowledge of HR, how to successfully run a business, great time management and the ability to multi-task and most of all how to keep your head whilst working in challenging environments.
